Bees are one of the most important creatures on the planet and their existence is crucial for all other species, including humans. Every day they selflessly pollinate over 100 plants that are important to us. This number includes not only a large proportion of the fruit and vegetables, nuts, herbs and spices we eat, but also the food we feed to farm animals. And along with that, the tireless fuzzy little workers produce one of the most incredible 'superfoods' - honey.
But the bees are in trouble. In the last 15 years, nearly 40% of them have disappeared worldwide, and every year European beekeepers suffer increasing losses due to infestations, diminishing biodiversity and unfair honey prices. It is our mission to help increase bee populations and preserve the balance in nature.

FAQ
How many grams of honey are in one jar?
The jars have a capacity of 450 g. Depending on the package you choose, you will receive 2 or 3 jars per month.
When and how will I get the honey according to my plan?
Each month we will deliver to your doorstep the amount of honey according to your plan. Shipping rates vary depending on the products you select and are charged upon completion of your order.
– Support a Hive package – 7 EUR/month
– Adopt a Hive package – 9 EUR/month
Deliveries are made every month within 6 working days of the order date, and we always aim to fulfill orders as soon as possible. For example, if you ordered your subscription on the 4th of February, you will receive your first honey delivery by the 12th of February, and in March you can expect your honey to arrive to you the week after the 4th.
Monthly deliveries and change of address:
You can change your delivery address at any time through your account.
Where will the hive be after I adopt it?
Don’t worry. The hive remains part of the apiary (the bee yard) of the beekeeper from whom you adopt it. You enjoy the production of the bees without physically keeping the hive.
How can I be sure that the honey I get is genuine?
We test every honey delivered by the beekeeper with a laboratory test that will show whether the honey meets our premium requirements and whether it is produced by the beekeeper. Our devices also ensure that a given hive is healthy and the bees in it are working for your honey.
What are hive visits?
We will assist you to visit your hive and meet your beekeeper if you live anywhere near her/him. Visits are made during the active period for bees (spring-autumn). Full details of how the visit works can be found here. In case you do not live close to the beekeeper you’ve selected, don’t worry, we will arrange a digital apiary visit for you 🙂
What is Smart equipment for my hive?
Smart equipment is our Beebot device, which has sensors for temperature, humidity and sound and gives the beekeeper notifications via algorithms what the status of his hive is. More information on:
How is the monthly subscription paid?
The fee is payable on a monthly basis or as a single payment for the whole year; by debit or credit card. If you choose monthly card payments, we will automatically withdraw the monthly fee from your account each month on or around the date of your first order.
I want a company invoice. How do I get it?
The packages you see on this page are designed for families and we have no practice of invoicing legal entities.

I adopted a hive. How do I choose my custom label?
Once you order your Adopt a Hive package, you can log in to your account on our site and select your label option from the Custom Items menu. Almost everything on them can be changed to suit your wishes. Or if you have your own label idea, feel free to share it with us. ????
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you terminate your subscription before the end of your subscription, we will stop delivering the honey and other services to you. The hive will continue to live in the beekeeper’s apiary and be cared for by the beekeeper. Details of the early termination of your subscription can be found in the Terms and Conditions of the relevant package.
